Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

Excellent location. We were able to walk to Hall of Fame and 4th Street. Beautiful hotel and very comfortable beds! I recommend parking at the public square parking lot because you can go in & out as often as you like for one daily fee.

The staff was so nice and informative.

Unless you want to pay $62 per night for in and out parking. Their parking garages around are not convenient. Steak in the only restaurant in the hotel was a skirt steak. Not really very good. It was tough. Not a wide range of dinner food. Limited GF alcohol if you wanted. Breakfast was excellent but I would not recommended eating other meals in the hotel. The hotel missed cleaning my room one day, I did call down and they did come up and take care of it that evening. Overall the inside is beautiful but I probably would not stay there again. The rooms were adequate but not worth it for the price I can think of better options downtown Cleveland.

What a beautiful hotel. I felt privileged to stay in this historic building – the 1890 Crystal Palace, which from what I understand was "America's first indoor shopping center" and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. You feel like you're living in the 19th century, among the beautiful tile, marble, decorated stairs and railings and other special furnishings and ornaments. My room was fairly large, for an older building. But unfortunately the room lighting was less than I had hoped for. As you might expect, the elevators are old and small, but they work fine and add to the old-timey atmosphere. There are many shops and restaurants in this building and it's convenient, especially during cold weather, to have a pizza place and an ice cream shop located downstairs. If you do need to leave the building, the hotel is located in a fun neighborhood, near several cool entertainment venues, including the House of Blues, a bowling alley and some very good restaurants and eateries.

Staff, facilities, and ambiance

This is my go-to hotel in Cleveland. It's so underrated compared to other properties. The Arcade is historic and beautiful. It's almost always quiet and serene. I'd stay at this hotel above all others if I can.

The staff at this hotel is amazing!! Everyone so pleasant!! The hotel is a beautiful spot!! Rooms in tge arcade were spacious!! Restaurant was reasonably priced and the staff provided excellent service!!

Really enjoyed my Holiday stay at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade for St Pats. The front desk was fantastic, very kind, helpful, and made check-in easy. The room was great, and the hotel’s historic setting is just amazing. The Arcade is such an awe inspiring building with so much character and beauty. It made the whole stay feel unique compared to a standard hotel. Would absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying again.
