We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for 4 nights. Such a memorable stay. Breakfast was amazing especially the pastry. Please ask for the pastry chef Satheeshan and order freshly made waffles, pancakes, french toasts- they’re delicious! But our topmost takeaway was the support we got from Pramod Nair (security manager). He arranged a special morning darshan at the Padmanabhaswamy temple, a consultation with a doctor at KIMS, and another consultation with an Ayurveda doctor. All on the same day! Many thanks also to Drisya, Thithi (restaurant), Ajmal (Bellboy), Ajith (Housekeeping). Thanks Hilton 🙏🏻

I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate Mr. Pramod Nair, Security Manager, for his exceptional kindness and support during my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum from 03 April to 04 April. His assistance in organizing my temple visit and facilitating a smooth darshan at the Ananthapadmanabha Swami Temple was truly invaluable. His courteous and helpful nature made a significant difference to my overall experience. I would also like to extend my thanks to the front desk team, who were consistently warm, supportive, and efficient throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. I would like to offer a couple of suggestions for improvement. It would be wonderful to see more vegetarian options included in the dinner menu, as this would better cater to guests with such preferences. Additionally, during my visit, the restaurant appeared slightly understaffed, which impacted the service experience. Addressing this could further enhance guest satisfaction. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciate the efforts of your team in making it comfortable and memorable. Thank you once again, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.
