Läget, parkeringen

Tyvärr var moltagandet i receptionen vid inchekningen inte bra. Vid min begäran om kvitto efter betalning, säger receptioneisten att jag måste vänta till utcheckningen. Då jag framförde att jag behövde kvitto för att själv kunna vidarefakturera, säger receptionisten till mig-" Tror du att det är hjag som hittat på detta?" och fortsatte med "att jag visade attityd mot henne". Jag framförde då att jag inte visade attityd , utan var gäst på hotellet, vilket borde respekteras av receptionisten. Tyvärr ett dåligt mottagarnde. senare på kvällen kom ett kvitto på mail.
