Appartment dah mewah tapi lift pulak masalah . Boleh guna 2 lift je . Menyusahkan pelanggan bila masing2 nak check out . Sbb kena tunggu lift lambat

the toilet a bit smelly and not clean.

It was clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony was very nice, towel, shower gel, shampoo are provided which not all other hosts can do this, and I'm glad that the host didn't ask us to throw the rubbish ourselves because usually they had the cleaning tax but it's not fair if we need to throw out the rubbish in the cleaning room ourselves before check out, so I think the price we pay for the room are reasonable, check-in also was smooth

1. The air conditioner in the master room is working but not functionally well, eventho they provided the air filter fan, it's still not cold enough for the master room 2. Hope they can provide a mirror either in the room or in the living room, because it's hard to get ready using only the toilet's mirror 3. They had 4 lifts but only 2 that can be used, it took us almost 45 minutes upon check-out because the lifts are crowded, hope the maintenance can do something about that 4. Holding 72 hours for the deposit to be refunded is unnecessary I think, took so long, plus the deposit is rm200 and waiting for 3 days for the refund is quite upsetting, should've been at least 48 hours after check out

The room has a bad smell. It has a very musty smell. Cleanliness wise is passable only.
