Hotel Ilaria

Hotel Llaria is an excellent hotel offering a great position within Lucca, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The access to some free food and drinks from 12.00noon to 7.00pm is a real bonus. The breakfast was good for European standards. Very clean and great housekeeping around the hotel.

the location is great, but that they have parking amazing. I by chance met one of their employees when I got a bit lost, and he took me straight to the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and acommodating.

my room was on the smaller side, but extremely quite, and comfortable.

The location is perfect , the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable . The breakfast was excellent and it was lovely to sit on the terrace with our breakfast.

Staff was especially delightful and attentive to our needs. They suggested an excellent restaurant for dinner. We were able to park onsite which was very helpful for luggage.

Receptividade, limpeza, cama confortável, lençóis, toalhas de ótima qualidade. Banheiro muito bom e chuveiro ótimo! Café da manhã farto, com ótimas opções, produtos de qualidade e atendimento excelente.

Apenas ficamos preocupados com o fato da saída da banheira para descer ao piso do banheiro estar sujeita a acidentes. O chão fica molhado e a banheira é alta, ocasionando risco de queda, principalmente para idosos.
