L'emplacement à proximité du vaporetto, le calme de cette île, le plaisir d'aller à Venise en bateau à juste 20 minutes. La propreté, le petit déjeuner complet. Le personnel.

Great location to main drag , good light breakfast very friendly staff

Shower was a little small 700mm for a large person it would be difficult, the shower was great,The lift sounded "sorry" when you went up and down (we thought hilarious) A couple more english tv channels would be a suggestion

We had a nice stay, the location is perfect for visiting Venice with kids because it's close to vaporetto and places where you can have a nice meal or gelato. It's also close to the beach. The breakfast was very good and served on the heated terrace. Room was small, the bathroom a bit tight, still the room was cozy, charming, calm, with a nice view to the side street, villas and greenery. The staff was nice, there was a slight misunderstanding about the visitor tax but they resolved it quickly.

La posizione, la colazione ed il bell'edificio

La muffa in bagno dul soffitto sopra la vasca, una vasca scivolosissima e pericolosa, il saliscendi della doccia non funzionante, coperte ruvide e singole per letto matrimoniale, rumore dell'aria condizionata delle altre camere poiché sistema molto vecchio, durante la notte. Armadio con pezzi mancanti. Ci è stata chiesta la carta di credito a garanzia di eventuali danni, ma forse sarebbe stato meglio che l'avessimo chiesta noi a loro ! Inoltre non c'è in camera scritto da nessuna parte che l'acqua del piccolissimo frigo è a pagamento. Ci hanno richiesto all'uscita 12 euro per 2 litri d'acqua senza ricevuta nè scontrino.

Great location, nice neighborhood, next to grocery, near to the boat station, near to Beach. Clean room and friendly stuff. Overally it was perfect 👍
