"Pleasant stay with friendly service"

The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and nicely maintained. All staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was also very easy to reach by ferry, which made travelling there convenient and stress-free.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre. Before arrival, we were unable to get in contact with the hotel despite trying both the Booking.com messaging system and the WhatsApp number provided in a pre-arrival email. Breakfast was quite crowded and staff sometimes struggled to keep up with refilling items and clearing tables for incoming guests. Breakfast is located in a separate building, which wasn’t an issue for us as the weather was lovely, but it could be less convenient during the winter months.
