I stay in Holiday Inn express a minimum of 3 times per month so I'm quite familiar with the different layouts, room sizes, etc. This room was easily the smallest square footage 2 queen beds with small bathroom. Thermostat in room was inoperable. When seeking properties with families, this one is really tight and we would not choose again because of space/size. Room was clean, employees were super friendly.
