Ok

Location is good. TV not working. Stinky and unclean room. No service or facilities. Unprofessional checkout. Very pricy hotel and wrongly branding as 5 star deluxe hotel, but it is less than 3 star or lower hotel.

Very courteous staff. promptly trying to address concerns, within their capacity.

There was a foul smell in the rooms. perhaps something to do with ducts and moisture sitting in it for a long time.
