Spark by Hilton Wytheville Holston Rd I 81

Had several people loitering in the back parking lot for hours during the night. Was woke up during the night by someone walking through the courtyard yelling. The room was not overly clean.

Family overnight on the way to vacation. Super friendly staff- Ashley is the best. Our room was very clean and we watched the housekeeping staff cleaning other areas too. They do work hard. Very quiet. All guests were quiet and kind. No issues. The hotel itself is surprisingly a Hilton because it’s a little run down and breakfast options weren’t the best. But for the price and how nice everyone was and a clean room, pretty good. 👍🏻

Hotel is a very old hotel with a new coat of paint. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor and their tv right through the wall. The management will not budge on trying to fix any problems and blame every thing on the other customers staying there. Spark does nothing to help the Hilton brand.

Night check in team was great .

I didn’t make it to check in. My pickup truck broke down so i was forced to stay at the Tru Hilton.

good prooperty. recently renovated. very good staff always ready to help.

would have liked hot food choices for breakfast, ie; eggs, bacon etc.

The staff was kind the lobby was clean; the room looked ok but smelled awful. It looked like it was a game of how quick can we put lipstick on a big and make it look renovated with the least amount of effort. A wall hanging here. Some paint there. They missed all the mold and structural issues.
