Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Arlington

Everything else was great, especially the location.

The shower gel was empty in shower. The pool was temporarily closed.

Staff was friendly and it was close to my destination.

It needs a little TLC.

We stayed to go to Six Flags and wanted to use the inside swimming pool But the pool was not available because of a water main break. The first room that the man in the front desk have us a room (422) the tiles were all cracked in the bathroom, the sleeper sofa had a lot of stains on the mattress, and the Air-conditioner did not cool, it stayed 78 degrees. We complained and we were given room 105 which was a little better, the room did cool. It was a very inconvenient stay.

Will return everytime we come to texas.

I found dirty socks left by the previous occupant. The pool was closed and the fire alarm kept going off. I am a Hilton honors member but I think I'll try other chains.

Staff was pleasant
