"Boogers on pillowcases, didn’t wash sheets, hairs all over towels and bedding. Gross."

Extremely dirty, boogers on pillowcases, sheets were not washed and had someone else’s hair all over them. All towels were covered in hairs, shower rod wasn’t mounted properly and sprayed water all over the floor. Tiles in bathroom were clearly not washed and covered in grime. Staff (owners) were yelling on the phone in Indian while I was on a work meeting without any regard for patrons. Key card stopped working multiple times and had to wait for front desk to make another one. Won’t stay here again.
