Beda needed mattress replaced, large sway in the middle

Pool and hot tub were great but I had to ask for pool towels. Lobby comfortable don’t like the gambling video games though in there. Breakfast was terrible there was no food and no staff around to even ask. It was disappointing to say the least.

I'm closer to my Mom for a visit.

The hot tub in our room (104) was not working. I notified the front desk staff. He stated that someone would look at it. That evening, I checked the tub, and it was still not working. It was not repaired during our stay.

This used to be a nice friendly moderate hotel. Breakfast now consists of few choices-none that we wanted. Coffee tasted watered down, pancake machine not working, no oatmeal, a choice of 2 rolls-not 2 kinds, just 2 rolls. Really poor. Our room was clean but they put as the farthest away from front desk on second floor-no elevator. We stayed 3 days but our room had no coffee cups, no water cups and tiny soap/shampoo. No room service was offered. No one was behind the desk unless you pushed a buzzer. It appeared that some people were living there. My daughter told us that the hotel was getting a bad reputation in town.

It was very close to the interstate making getting back on the road easy. It was very clean and quiet. Staff were very prompt and helpful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast good and on time.

Since it is close to the interstate you can slightly hear traffic as it goes by, but didn’t interfere with sleep.

They checked us into the wrong room at check in. After leaving for a few hours we returned to another family in the room! We had to remove our things with them in the room and move to a different room!

Quiet hotel with nice breakfast. Only complaint is the room we had was so dark. No overhead lighting and only 2 lamps provided. Had to get very creative doing hair and makeup for the wedding we attended in the area.

No complaints

The room was clean and quiet, the hotel in general needs to be cleaned up, especially around the grounds outside. A lot of things laying in the pool area, just overall starting to look trashy. It makes me sad because I stay there a few times a year.
