Days Inn by Wyndham Whitecourt

The breakfast was decent and lots of choice. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The check in front desk person was extremely friendly, he is a credit to the hotel.

The room wasn't the cleanest. Stains on the carpet and the sink faucets looked all rotten with limescale.

NO ELEVATOR!!!!! So naturally we were upstairs. it is old and musty. I would recommend anywhere else. The comforters are very lumpy/clumpy. The room smelled of old cigarettes. I don't think that smell ever really goes away. Parking can be tight if you are towing anything.

Spacious rooms, very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, very friendly staff! Will come back for sure!

Awesome breakfast - would be nice to have a dedicated Gluten free section (ex. GF oatmeal, fruits, GF bread + toaster).

It did the job for one night

I had booked a non-smoking room but the room I got reeked with smoke. Also the bed sheets were very old and full of lint, the bathroom door rubbed against the floor and wouldn't open more than half way, bathroom floors were also rough and dirty. The night was very hot in end July and the AC didn't work properly. It cooled the room a but but it was still hot. For the breakfast in the morning, there were very few items that were being offered and almost all of them were finished and not restocked. There were no eggs, not even coffee in the coffee maker. I waited for a few minutes but was getting last and had to leave. Overall it was a disappointing stay. I contacted the property directly to address my concerns but never got a response. Then through Expedia, again no response.
