El personal era atento, y sin pedirlo ni pagarlo nos dieron una habitación con vistas al mar, las zonas comunes estaban bien cuidadas incluida la piscina. El desayuno era variado y estaba bueno.

La habitación, el agua de la ducha da igual como te duches siempre se sale y deja el baño todo encharcado. La cama/almohadas son de muelles y muy viejas, dormí muy mal y ahora han pasado 2 días y sigo con dolor de espalda-cervicales. Si os toca 722 os recomiendo preguntar por el colchón o pedir un cambio directamente.

Grand hotel situé a santa margarita a 5 min en voiture de Roses. Tout près de la plage, et des restaurants, cafeterias, ou supermarchés. L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel de la réception. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec de grands espaces de rangements et mini frigo. L'espace du balcon avec chaises, tables basses et présence d'un étendoir discret et très pratique. Le personnel de ménage des chambres est avenant et appliqué. L'écran tv avec chaines internationales Grande douche à l'italienne avec distributeur de savon. Quant à la restauration, grandes salles intérieures et extérieures, plats assez variés. Presence de 3 ascenseurs dont 1 panoramic

Les fermes portes de l'ensemble des chambres claquent très fort. J'avais demandé 1 grand lit double et jai eu 2 lits simples côte à côte. Le personnel de la restauration n'a pas de chariot adapté pour débarasser les tables.. Tout à l'ancienne avec les 2 mains. Un manque de propreté, de nettoyage autour des buffets ( céréales par terre, crevette par terre, sauces, traces de doigts ..) Les unstenciles collent, manque de réassort autour des laits, pains etc Pas ou manque de coordinations entre le personnel ( dommage)

Super Frühstück , gute Betten , Zimmer groß und sauber . Für uns ein richtig gutes Hotel. Viele jugendliche Reisegruppen bei der Ankunft ebenfalls im Hotel. Sehr laut und wirklich teilweise störend. Als sie abgereist waren, war es top. Wenn man Pech hat und genau zur Zeit der Jugendlichen Reisegruppen dort ist, würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Alles zu diesem Preis.
