2 h 15 d attente devant le guichet nous sommes partis , les filles de l acceuil complètement dépassées, au moins 20 équipes de jeunes du basket , un bordel et un bruit incroyable ...personne s excuse

Arrivée le dimanche l hôtel était réservé la veille par des club de handball je pense 12/18 ans. Je devais récupérer ma chambre à 14 h total 15 h je demande à la réservation chambre lit 2 places me retrouve chambre avec 2 lit du dentifrice derrière la porte salle de bain nettoyer en 5 mnt pas de chaise dans la chambre à revoir

Tout était super comme les autres fois ,nous venons souvent depuis plusieurs années avec des amis ou les enfants ,..( c est la 3 eme fois cette année, depuis avril 2026) , nous apprécions les améliorations du coin piscine ect...,comme toujours le personnel très sympathique, les repas supers et variés, nous apprécions également la propreté et le confort...,nous avions une chambre avec une vue mer et jardin (le plus) ... Nous avons déja pris une nouvelle réservation pour 2 chambres.... Merci et a bientot ....Michel Moyroud
