The breakfast was terrific, always lots of choices every morning. The pool was also really nice, our kids had a great time playing in it and using the water slide. The room was also very comfortable, spacous enough for the five of us plus our dog and we were able to enjoy being there for a long hours at times.

To be honest, there are really no complaints.

we did not get any house cleaning and we left the room by 12 on Saturday, we had to ask front desk for more coffee and clean towels, basically we did our own housekeeping like we were in our own house, so disappointing

First off we arrived 1 hour before check in and the young lady at desk charged us $25.00 to check in, the room is empty its 1 hour but they charge for this? The breakfast at this hotel is quite possibly the worst I've had at any property in any country, disgusting. We were unable to sleep as there were people partying all night long and kids running up and down hallways till 3-4 a.m. it almost seemed as if they had a make shift bar downstairs by the lobby drinking and hollering continued on our floor well into the night. We will not ever again stay here. Very dissapointed and very tired.

Pool water looked a little dirty (leaves, flakes in the water).

I like the room its wide/ big where total of 5 people, but the aminities is not complete for 5 people like hanger, towel , coffee.

The breakfast was very good..staff friendly and helpful…the rooms comfortable.will definitely stay there again..Access was easy coming from Edmonton..good job everyone..

The pool was great. My grandson stayed with me, and he loved it. The staff were great.

This hotel is run down, and needs an upgrade. The bathroom has a shower in the tub, but the tub is very deep. If you are elderly, or have even a modest handicap, the tub is difficult to climb into, to have a shower. The hotel is not only dog friendly, but large dogs were off leash. Anyone with animal allergies should be aware that there are dogs throughout the hotel, including behind the front desk. The dog at the front desk is elderly, and stays behind the desk - but pet dander could be a problem if you have allergies. The website should state dogs have been in the rooms. I asked for a quiet room, and was given a room with an ADJOINING door, VERY FAR from the elevator. The rooms are extremely noisy. I could hear every word from the people ACROSS the hall, kids running in the hall, and the room next door, so sleep was difficult. The layout of the hotel is terrible. The lobby and elevators are on one side of the hotel - not in the middle, so rooms are a very long walk, and everyone walks by the rooms. The hotel towels are terrible. I had a room with 2 queens, but only 3 skimpy towels and 2 washcloths. Pool towels were ridiculously small - about the size of a hand towel, and must be asked for, at the front desk. When people are checking in, the wait for towels can be long. Bring your own pool towels. Parking is horrible. The hotel wasn’t full, but there weren’t enough parking stalls for guests. There is street parking that the hotel will reimburse you for, but the hotel is close to the homeless shelter, and there are impaired people looking in cars. It didn’t feel safe, outside after dark, and cars parked on the street, are not safe. Given the location, security is needed, but I didn’t see any.
