"It was quiet, good ac besides that if I was the employer I would fire that lady for discrimination"

The stay was perfect except at the reception the night shift employee (lady) was rude me with my partner for no reason. No customer experience, very unprofessional when attending to customers. Discrimination. She said there were no rooms and then after I sent my white friend to ask she ended up being told that there is an available room for her.

Customer care at the front desk was poor
