Queen Anne Inn

I liked that even in mid-October the pool was (just) warm enough to use. I liked the helpful suggestions of the inn keeper about dining and local sights

Confortable hotel, well situated for visiting Cape Cod. Restaurant was opne for breakfast only so a trip out was required for dinner. The room was confortable if a bit tired, especially the bathroom.

Climb to second floor was difficult... I should have asked for ground floor when reserved. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful! Loved the bar and breakfast... excellent!!! Bed needed a new mattress... we kept rolling to the middle. They should warn people that chairs get wet overnight on the patio,,, sat in a very wet chair which really spoiled the nice deck. Location was perfect...parking was easy... Overall we had a great time!

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. They had an indentation in the middle, making it impossible to sleep. In general, The room and furnishings need refreshing- not what we expected at this cost per night. We were so uncomfortable we asked to have our room switched and they accommodated us in the middle of the night. We found all the staff lovely and helpful.

Best inn we’ve stayed in. Wonderful venue and staff goes extra mile.

Lovely old building in a pleasant location. Good staff - especially on reception. Away from the crowds in Main Street but still only a few minutes pleasant walk away.

Dated and tired with rather bland decor for such a historic building. It could be outstanding but needs investment.

Very quaint hotel in Chatham. We would stay again. The breakfast was outstanding.

In a quiet neighborhood where we got an in room jacuzzi. There breakfasts were perfect along with the staff. The cuisine choices for area were endless with crowds at there lowest for this time of year.

Charming property nicely located a stroll from Chatham’s Main Street. We were warmly greeted on arrival and all staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay with restaurant recommendations, local maps and helping me sort the coffee machine! Our room was bright and spacious though the bathroom fittings a little dated and whilst I appreciate things need to be in keeping with the style a more modern and powerful shower would be very welcome indeed.

Breakfast was good. Location good at around a 6 minute walk to the town centre. Walk was alongside Oyster Pond which is beautiful with fabulous views

Overpriced hotel advertised as 5 star with an award winning restaurant. This hotel is not 5 star. It is extremely tired. We did not even have a duvet cover on the bed, just a duvet with a sheet over the top. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. Their own website talks about their award winning restaurant and chef. There has been no restaurant for some time as they have no staff. There was only one staff member on site who would have to leave the reception if you wanted a drink which she got from a bar in a little room. Certainly not the lavish dinner and cocktail pictures on the website. Forget the lovely firepit pictures in the garden too. At almost $450 a night !!
