The location

The booking was for a queen size room and the bed was full size. I brought this up to the desk clerk who said it was a queen which is definitely not true. The bed also felt like it was going to fall apart from how loose the legs were. There was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower, and there was no safe in the room.

The ease of access to things in the surrounding area.

Some hotels you forget to disinfect because it’s so clean, and in this one.. you’d forget you disinfected, already. They have people staying here for ‘extended’ amounts of time, and think they should clean every two weeks, when if they considered it as maintenance for ‘their’ property, instead of a favor to guests, the place wouldn’t get to the murky state it is in.
