Ask fo extra towel in the app but no towels at all..Had issues with the whirlpool tub..

Workers are rude. 😡

Heat in the room didn't work and was very noisey. There was an outside light that was strobing. They did offer us another room, but we really didn't need the heat, so we were fine, and the blackout curtains took care of the light

Kyra was great at check in..provided excellent service. When i was checking out she just arrived for another shift. Great work ethic and attitude.

The sheets were dirty. The wall had multiple areas where bugs were killed and they did not clean it. The breakfast was decent.

There was a water leak by the door to my room. I sopped up the water the first night and let the front desk know. They did nothing. The morning of day 2, I let the front desk know about the leak again and that I needed new towels because I had used them all to clean up the floor. 10 hours later, still no new towels. Took the wet towels to front desk to get new towels myself. They still did not come look at the leak... floor still wet. On day 3, they finally had someone look at the leak. He said he would have to open the wall and would have to wait until after I checked out to fix it. Didn't offer a different room or any other compensation. Just let me live with wet carpet for 5 days. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience ever.
