Bathroom sink faucet barely extended into the sink. No cream cheese available for breakfast. Egg shells were extremely difficult to remove from eggs. Ordered buttermilk pancakes, they were severely undercooked, could not eat them. They removed the charge from my bill.

Very nice and clean for the price. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. They had the air on and there was a welcome video on the tv. Nice walk in shower. Breakfast was very basic quick and go but fresh. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours. Location was perfect and safe. We had no problems. Very quiet and it’s close to Gaylord resorts opry land and the mall. Very clean.
