La salle de bain vieillissante. Sur votre site, absences de réponses lorsque j’ai demandé deux chambres avec vue sur mer, heureusement que j’ai pu changer lors de mon arrivée. Dorénavant, je passerais directement ma réservation avec l’hôtel.

"mot bien français:la réservation=bordel.Heureusement,le personnel est bien meilleur que la direction"

tout ce qui est lié à la réservation:le simple fait de répondre à une réservation passée des mois à l'avance "selon disponibilité" est un non sens commercial.La réponse doit être "oui ou non"! Par ailleurs,la location des transats,le paiement du parking,qui ne se pratiquaient pas les années précédentes,le manque d'animation le soir,font que je m'interroge sur l'opportunité de réserver à nouveau l'année prochaine.j'ai rencontré beaucoup d'anciens clients,qui pour toutes ces raisons,retiennent désormais dans d'autres établissements.

Bienvenue dans l'ancien monde où zéro prise au niveau des tables de chevet ??????? Climatisation très très légère Frigo complètement inefficace et pourtant petit déjeuner pour un weekend ça va mais pour une semaine très très moyen
