Very clean, modern

We had no issues with the property

Very nice staff. Easy check in and checkout. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Nice hotel.

My only concern was the heating unit in my room. Very inconsistent temperature

I found a used tampon in my room as I was checking the room before we left and reported it to the worker at the front desk and gave our contact information. We have not been contacted and it’s almost a month since our stay. We have called multiple times and the general manager is never there or least that’s what we’ve been told.

I like the breakfast. There were enough items to make a full, delicious meal.

Turning on the TV was different. I had to call for assistance to get the local channels. Once it was explained how to locate the channels it was ok.

Room was clean and comfortable.

I was charged twice and have reached out to holiday inn with no response. I also have not received my deposit back
