Everything was excellent!

Excellent service! The property was perfect for our family, the space was very nice, modern and clean. The complimentary light breakfast on the terrace was great and the view was wonderful. The communication was prompt and they were very accommodating with what we needed including a crib for our baby. We highly recommend a stay here and would come back anytime.

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although we booked a room without "air conditioner", we were upgraded to a larger room with "air conditioner" for the same price. This place is located within walking distance to various points of interest and eateries and there is a small convenience store right across the street. The terrace is beautiful, quiet and overlooks the Chapultepec Castle.

Great, clean and central spot. The rooftop terrace was super nice and quiet. Easy to access everything and walkable. Great value and strong wifi!

It was a great place and location, friendly staff, clean place with continental breakfast in the morning, Lovely Terrace.

The apartment was laid out relatively well, but it did not have air conditioning. Nowhere was that mentioned. They couldn't even provide 2 fans, one for each bedroom, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Very noisy area. They charge for coffee pods and dishwasher pods, if you need them. The entrance door is always locked and the guests have to be let in by staff, upon using a buzzer. This is inconvenient. Breakfast is ok.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We were not expecting 3 TVs. There was no heat or AC which might work well most of the year due to the template climate but a fan would have been nice to have. The terrace was beautiful and a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the views from up there. A security guard lets you in and out 24/7 so that felt really safe. I would definitely stay there again!

The property is quite new, very well designed and maintained. The staff is superb and so caring. My companion and I fell on the street and they went out of their way to take care of our every need, going so far as to take us to doctors and stay to translate for us. I have never received such good care and service at any hotel anywhere in the world.
