Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village

We basically flew to Honolulu to get a nonstop flight home to Chicago after visiting Maui and the Big Island. Our view was nothing: the building across the way. Some of the staff were helpful, some were not. Despite being Diamond members and HGV owners, you had to beg for bottled water at the front desk. Excellent location was a big plus, especially if you're a beachgoer.

Everything you need at one resort with a great location.

Hilton is an okay place to stay but just around the corner there is a better hotel. Which includes club access so you have free breakfast. This Hilton location does not have the breakfast options and you have a kitchen to cook your own meal. So if you don’t mind going to a grocery store then sure! But for our stay we wanted access to food already prepared. It was not available. The room is renovated so that was good. You could walk to places to dine in but nothing was good. The only place that we enjoyed was Lapperts Ice cream. All the restaurants on this hotel grounds was over priced and not good. Portions were tiny. It’s not worth it staying here for the rate they charge, when it’s not so accommodating. I’d rather stay at Prince Waikiki hotel next time. I don’t ever plan on booking a room here EVER again and I live on the island. This was a staycation. Not worth it. If I could get a refund I would ask for one. But of course no refunds so I am here letting people know that there are better deals And hotel rooms are way nicer than staying here.

The area of this hotel had everything! Beach, pools, restaurants, ice cream and all our daily needs. So nice to just walk out the door and be where you want to be.

Best for families. On the beach and great pools and a lagoon.

The room was super comfortable. The staff were extemely polite. Lots of amenities at the resort: starbucks, restaurants, clothing stores, souvenir stores, ABC stores, etc. The gym was awesome! Downfalls: -our flight arrived late and we were so hungry. Everything was closed. One vending machine for the entire resort! -pricey, as expected, but some things were outrageously priced. E.g. parking was $70 USD daily.

Noisy/ no view except for kids screaming in the pool Level 3 to low for an adult family

It was a nice place to stay I was a little disappointed by the view I thought we were getting ocean view but not really only if you stand one the balcony and crane your neck to one side. But staff was nice and helpful and room was as clean as could be for an older property. Elevators were small and slow.

Property is amazing and the staff couldn't be any better. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The staff went well out of their way to help us to have a memorable vacation

Resort was too big- everything was spread out and walking was hard. Flagstones were used everywhere and many were warped or cracked. We saw many falls and talked to people who ended up renting a scooter to get around. Walkers didn’t work well because of the warped and broken flagstones. The resort just looked worn in general. Employees were nice though.
