The room was nice and the beds were comfortable

Online it said the price for the room i booked was $393 and when I checked in I notice they charged me almost $500. Not very happy about that.

The staff kept telling my daughter the room hadn't been paid. It took her 1 hour to check in. I paid for the room back in August, and all she had to do was pay a $50 refundable deposit.
