The Suite Inn

It was ok to stay at for one night.

The hotel has no hair dryer, no ion, no chair in the room. There was no rack to hang clothes on. The floor has no carpet, just bare concrete. Beddings are mismatched. Mattress are too thin and ruff. Tv has nothing working. Toilet seat stain. Room smells. In the evening, people are eating, drinking, and talking loudly outside. Parking is not paved. Breakfast has only donut. Terrible experience. Stay away this hotel.

Was assigned 3 rooms. First one smelled of tobacco, second one broken lock, third one dirty bathroom. The final one was on a different building, the floor was dirty. Beds were of low quality. Surroundings of the hotel was dirty. Not recommended.

The view of the city was not a view at all. It was a half basement floor and the view was a painted wall. The floor was uneven so the bathroom door could not be shut. The air conditioner pushed cold air, yay! But it was musty mildewy air. The highlight was the continental breakfast was just begels. From Black Hills Bagel shop i believe. The beds were so so, and there was not enough towels. Will i stay there again? Not at that price. It WAS Sturgis Rally week, but c'mon man.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. Got us in our room quick. Ac was on and nice and cool. Great parking for the motorcycle. The room has a full size fridge in there. Very roomy.

The first couple days there was zero hot water. Also coming there for sturgis most ride bikes so packing is lite. Having a blow dryer would have been nice. Vending machines with coke or pepsi products wld have been nice as well. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful.

They are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend these great hosts

The stay was amazing. The staff was superb. Looking forward to coming back.

This facility is looking a little run down. The staff is the MAIN Reason this hotel isn't getting a terrible rating. The mattress was VERY soft on the edges, felt like falling off all the time. The bedding was clean, yet very wrinkled. The sink leaked - no huge deal, sopped it up with a towel laying there all the time. There was no garbage can, except for in the bathroom. There was not a place to sit a suitcase or hang clothes. Overall, the STAFF was the best part of the stay!!!
