It’s a beautiful property with a very clean beach

The hospitality wasn’t up to the mark. We didn’t get proper instructions about the location of our rooms and struggled to find staff members to provide guidance. My elderly parents had to walk a mile due to the ill management.

Beautiful oceanfront location with large grounds, walking paths, hiking trails, and charming buildings. The room was comfortable, with a balcony, separate bath and shower, motorized curtains, and a good coffee machine. The main value of the hotel is clearly the view.

Check-in took 1 hour 15 minutes, with a barely moving line. Staff told me this happens regularly. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, both in the room and around the property, which was a real problem because mobile reception was also poor. Restaurant service was extremely slow: I waited almost an hour for breakfast while the restaurant was nearly empty. The restaurant is expensive, and the hotel is remote, so Uber may not arrive and transport can be difficult.

Impeccable stay, staff very nice and professional at all levels. Had massage and facial and it was perfect . Very clean and comfy. Love the touch fr Mother’s Day to leave a box of fresh Macarons in my room. Enjoyed indoor Olympic pool and they have a good list of complimentary classes . Expensive but worth it !
