The common areas were clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a good size, but the lighting in the bathroom was not ideal for doing makeup or getting ready for an event. The small mirror that is supposed to be magnifying with light looked dirty and the light was so dim. Overall good experience

"Poor Management"

Poor front desk management and attitude. Lack any judgement that led to a sleepless night and very early morning. The bath hardware was falling off the wall and the bed was uncomfortable. The drinks were good but the food was below average. Close to the convention center.
