Location, breakfast and the staff

The WiFi never worked, my room was much smaller than the images advertised. It was also feeling and looking very tired and the lighting wasn’t good.

Huone aivan liian ahdas, kylpyhuoneessa ei mahdollista pestä käsiä, ei ilmastointia, raskas sisäilma, meluisa ympäristö, aamiainen ruuhkainen, kahvia piti odottaa kauan, kuntosali pieni ja huonosti varustettu

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel, very central and easy to walk from. I really enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard garden and drinks on the roof terrace. The drinks “Happy Hour” between 5 and 6 pm as it was nice to meet fellow travellers. Reception staff went above and beyond to help recommend places to go, etc

I appreciated the room I was given as it was quiet but it was far too hot and needed a portable air conditioned unit

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good.

The shower is over the toilet. You get the toilet all wet when you shower, you pull a curtain around the freestanding shower in the bathroom. The whole bathroom floor is the draining area.

We liked the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. And there was a nice vibe to the place.

The things we didn't like were: bits of the room were dusty (on the bedside lamps), the room was also very warm, & we had to clamber over each other to get in and out of the bed as there was no space to go round.

Really well located. Really friendly staff. Wine hour and a happy hour is a nice touch. Breakfast isn’t over the top with what’s on offer but you get what you’d need and it’s always really fresh and tastes really good.

The reviews are true what they say, the rooms are definitely small. I had to manoeuvre some things in the room to get my suitcase opened on the floor. The cleanliness of the property could definitely be better. I’ve never stayed in a property that didn’t have fresh sheets on the bed after room service had been in. Just in general was disappointed with a lot of that part of the service. A lot of noise in the halls too early in the morning which is disappointing when on holiday.
