Included breakfast was poor, dragging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was a mission.

It was precisely what I needed and its was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.

The price and the distance from the valley. I also think that considering this, the breakfast should start earlier. It wasn't open when we would leave.

More like motel than hotel. Little variety breakfast. No lift to move luggage up 2nd level.
