Motel 6-Mount Pleasant, TX

I requested a ground floor level room, and they were very nice to oblige.

Bed bugs and people outside my door partying all night… they looked like they lived there.

We came in from out of state over the weekend and booked two separate rooms. The first room was okay but the second room was not. The sheets was damp, mold on two pillows, the walls/ceilings, and in the bathroom. Called the front desk and he said house keeping won't be there until morning. Requested a refund or different room. Got a different room and there was mold around the shower ceiling. BLEACH kills mold. Sometimes cheap is not better. Plus no fire alarm. In either of the rooms or the room that was "decent" it either needs to be condemned or shut down until the mold issue is took care of.

It was great and peaceful

Good price, good location.

Just minor cosmetic room things( large under door gaps, rusty restroom light fixtures, tv had a large glare on it)

Left a day early.

I liked how quiet it was, hot shower water, t.v., pond view and fluffy beds. I didn't like the fact the check in smell of weed and was over hot inside. I did like the lack of soap or enough towels. I didn't like the stained bedspread or unsafe door that didn't lock.
