I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. It does not even deserve 5 stars, it gives a feeling of 2-3 stars maximum. The food (breakfast & bufé) had no variety, it was served same food every day. Sometimes it wasn’t even fresh. You were not allowed to order food from another restaurant/cafe at night, they asked us to hide everything in a big bag when delivered. The pool bar we’re closed so you couldn’t order anything if you didn’t walk in to the restaurant . The prices of the restaurant were twice as expensive as the good restaurants outside the hotel. We did not have a safety box in the room, and the employees entered our room twice without our permission to “control the room” without knocking. Not safe at all! We had to take our valuable things with us out every day. I have travelled around the world and been to plenty 5 stars hotels, the standard of this hotel was by far the worst I've ever experienced.

The host rented the appartement without removing the add off the platform of booking and the worst thing she confirmed the place is booking via WhatsApp call the when I arrived didn't even answered my 20 calls waisted my hall afternoon I had to book elsewhere I contacted customer service still waiting for response I want my money back also the host should composate me for waisting my time.
