Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Flowood - Jackson Northwest

Surprisedly the inside of the building and room were fairly clean. The staff was friendly.

The outside and inside looked very old and needed some upkeep with landscaping and yard work. The room had a funny, old smell but they did they best they could with what they had to work with. I didn’t feel very safe inside the room due to it had a chain lock on the door that looked like it had been replaced in that same spot quite a few times. It did however have the lock on the door too. I did find hair on the sheets, pillows and tub that did not belong to me.

Low price so I had low expectations, but the bathroom was not clean. The bed was not comfortable. On the plus side the staff was great and the location was great!

Bathroom had mold and mildew, floors had spots, bed was very hard. Remote control for tv did not work.

No breakfast, the hotel was nice and clean

The bed was comfortable, the room was great size. The bathroom and tub were clean. The TV show has great pictures. Coffee was good.

I couldn't stay longer

Me and my fiancee loved how the lobby was like walking into someone’s living room. The bed was really comfortable. The man at the counter was very accommodating to us. And even helped me with a mistake that I made on the room.

In all honesty I didn’t think anything was wrong with the property.
