Localização boa, bom atendimento, o café da manhã pode ser melhor.

Quarto apresentava vazamento na pia do banheiro. Só ia ficar uma noite, então não quis trocar de quarto, mas é algo que precisa ser checado pela equipe antes do check-in.

A localização do hotel é excelente, café da manhã bom também. Quarto super bem equipado, limpo, e confortável.

Poderiam investir em travesseiro e cobertas extras de melhor qualidade, quando fomos estava muito frio em SP e pedi uma coberta extra, e veio uma muito antiga e não estava cheirosa.

O Hotel é maravilhoso , localização perfeita , um excelente café da manhã quarto com uma cama grande e bem confortável. Tudo limpo e bem organizado sempre quando vou à São Paulo sempre me hospedo no Estamplaza

As únicas coisas que eu tive o pequeno problema foi que o frigobar não tava funcionando e que na hora do banho o banheiro ficou um pouco com água, foi reportado na recepção no domingo pela manhã sobre esses problema . Mais mesmo assim mantenho a minha nota e confiança com o hotel
