"Perfect Hotel in the area"

I’ve been staying at La Quinta Inn East for about three months now, and I can honestly say they deserve five stars. From the very beginning, the staff has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and supported while I get back on my feet. As a Black woman, I want to speak directly to some of the reviews I’ve seen—I have never once felt anything but welcomed here. In my experience, they treat everyone like family. I truly don’t believe they see color; they see people, and they treat you with kindness and respect. The communication here is also excellent. I’m able to talk openly with the staff, and they always respond with care and professionalism. Tracy and Julie at the front desk are especially amazing—they’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the guests. I also want to mention the housekeeping team. They are trustworthy and respectful. I feel completely comfortable leaving my belongings in my room, and I’ve never had any issues. They respect privacy and only enter when needed or requested. Overall, this hotel has been a safe, welcoming place for me during an important time in my life. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done, and I highly recommend staying here.

"Horrible experience"

I was there earlier today planning to get a room and as I was there I seen the manager Tracy having an altercation with a woman and I overheard it and it sounded like the hotel workers were in the wrong… I still was going to suck it up and get a room but when I went in the main office another worker was very rude to me as well when I was trying to get assistance for a room, the house keepers were stealing things from peoples rooms, and were threatening to kick people out of there rooms over their miscommunications! This is very unacceptable and shouldn’t be going on at a hotel

"I will not be staying with them again."

Location was great for my needs.

The room needs repairs. There should be ice/vending available in a couple of spots. There's is right next to the office.
