Staff was friendly. Worked with us for a partial refund due to room issues.

Room was not clean upon arrival- microwave was dirty, corners of the room were unswept and the air conditioner was filthy. Lights did not work, when reported they were going to fix it, but a work order was not turned in and it took three days to fix because of our insistence. One day we had no towels and the room was not freshened up.

Broken locks, free roaming staff whether you're present or not, stolen items and subpar service including my own employee roommate

This hotel was out in nowheres-ville with zero places to eat around it. The non smoking room smelled like weed and cigarettes and pee in the bathroom that had not been swept or obviously mopped. Atmosphere is the view of the freeway. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels w cream cheese, bread, juice and coffee which they ran out of. The needs were comfortable though which was great. We took the pillow cases of the pillows and OMG sweat stains on all of them.

Price is affordable. Checking in the clerk came out to car when he saw I was disabled so I didn't have to get in & out of car. It was appreciated.

Not enough towels & had requested extra towels when made reservation on line. The sprinkler in room had a grocery bag tied around it was a little concerned as to why. And beds are comfy but way too high for older handicapped people.

No table in the room. Hot and cold water were reversed. That would have been good to know so I didn't have to take a cold shower.
