I got double charged!!! I made a reservation online and yet they tell me I have to pay on site. Be careful with these people because they don’t even wanna give you a refund.

Everything was perfect except the cleaning lady

The cleaning staff being sexually inappropriate

The property was nicely maintained and comfortable.

The highway traffic was quite loud - didn’t disrupt my sleep though!

Be careful of bed bugs. I should have got my money back that day even though I used the card they saying they're reimbursing me my money fully back so it should be on my car by Tuesday. If there's going to be a situation

Dirty. Bed sheets not clean. Tv didnt work. Long black hairs in bed and shower when i arrived.

I'll start with the good: the service was okay, front desk agent was nice when we checked in. He did say our room number out loud which I didn't love. The bad: the room wasn't properly cleaned and didn't feel safe. The desk chair in the room had food debris on it, so it clearly wasn't cleaned. A wet wash cloth cleaned it right up, so it wasn't stained. Everything feels old and dingy with chipped paint and outdated fixtures but tbh it's a budget motel so I can't complain. The worst part was that the upper security lock had been tampered with. It looked like someone had tried to break down the door because the lock hardware plate and the actual door trim were damaged. We actually took all of our belongings with us when we left the room and slept with the tv on as added security measures because we didn't feel safe at all.

Clean and quiet

We have stayed here before so i knew the rooms were outdated but before it was cleaner and it seemed decent. But now it was just ok like I wouldn’t want to stay there again. It was quite except we heard they high way traffic every so often, not a huge deal if you could use the tv to drown the sound out. The tv didnt work we informed the front desk and they were going to send a “technician” up and they never did. The bed comforter had burn holes in our non smoking room. The towels were clean but stained up. It had trash behind the mini fridge and an empty toilet paper roll on the floor in the bathroom all upon checking in. The floor turned my clean white socks dirty. And it was dusty. But positive we didn’t see any bugs of any kind and it was a place to keep us dry and let us sleep.

Cheap

Room was always clean while coming back. Everything worked like it should other than the key cards had to get them reprogrammed about every day.
