Grand Hyatt Beijing

La colazione è ottima e molto abbondante. L’hotel si trova all’interno dell’Oriental Plaza un imponente centro commerciale in stile moderno con fontane e grattacieli con accesso ad un Grande Magazzino sotterraneo con negozi di moda, oreficerie e ristorantini. Si trova a due passi dalla moderna via commerciale Wangfujing, ad una fermata della metropolitana dalla più cinese via commerciale di Qianmen e a uan fermata della metropolitana per raggiunge piazza Tiennamen e la Città Proibita.

Alcune stanze sono da ristrutturare come quella capitata a noi che era impregnata di fumo; il personale sollecitamente ha provveduto a cambiarcela il giorno dopo.

The location is just perfect. It’s adjacent to the mall and such a close proximity to the wangfujing street. It’s also so close to famous eat streets and east gate of the palace museum. Food is amazing, facilities are amazing. Especially the pool and spa! But what stood out the most is the staff. Each and every one of them are such lovely attentive and genuinely caring. I want to give a mention to anna she went above and beyond from assisting us in bookings and the get go around beijing. She made put trip so much easier. I also want to mention the front desk gentlemen who assisted me in my deliveries and the very nice trainee who assisted us until we get to our didi to airport. Definitely will suggest to friends and family to stay in hyatt and this is not our last time to go back and stay here.

Its so massive we wish we stayed longer.

Location was good and concierge very patient and helpful.

We stayed in a family suite which took two separate elevators and quite a walk between the two. The room smelled of smoke when we walked in and the TV had poor reception.
