La amabilidad en el front desk, el pre checkin, el desayuno.

No había secador, ni gorro de baño, no había papelera en el baño sino afuera en el lavamanos. Solo había un jabón en el lavamanos, deberían poner otro en la bañera El piso del baño tenía cabellos. La alfombra muy vieja. El espaldar de las camas están pelados y ese cuero cae en las sábanas que pareciera tuvieran mugre

Die Lage

2 Tage kein warmwasser .. das Frühstück sehr schlecht..Saft und Joghurt gab es die ersten Tage noch dann war nix mehr da .. Obst und Brot teilweise ausgetrocknet.. warmes Wasser für Tee .. Matratze war teilweise durch gelegen und die letzen 2 Tage ging die Heizung nicht mehr richtig… eine optimale Lösung besonders des Warmwasser ( zb Ermäßigung beim zimmerpreis) konnte nicht erzielt werden .. das finde ich sehr schlecht.. Dank Booking.com habe ich einen Gutschein bekommen ( von booking . COM ) das fand ich sehr schön und werde weiter darüber buchen… das nennt man Service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

We arrived for our check-in and were immediately informed that the plumbing in the building wasn't operational and we would need to figure out alternative plans. This was very stressful as it was already late in the evening on New Year's eve and many nearby hotels within our price range were already fully booked.
