J’ai payer le petit à mon arrivée à l’hôtel que je n’ai pas consommé le matin par manque de temps j’ai demandé un remboursement mais l’hôtel était incapable de me rembourser directement sur ma carte bleue il faut envoyer un mail au siège avec son rib en pdf se que j’ai fait mais depuis toujours reçu mon remboursement
