Comfortable bed and a good breakfast in a spacious room

Our room was a little dated in furnishings and carpet.

Booked three nights at this place 😫 No Elevator & the motel has 2 floors!! outlets next to the bed did not work. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Shower did not drain. I was able to move rooms across the hall after requesting the next morning of my first nights stay, the only thing better in that room was that the shower drained.

They lost my reservation that was already paid for. I had to cancel and make a new reservation as a walk in. It was past midnight and this process took another 30 minutes. I was then given 2 rooms with no hot water. Finally given a handicapped room and by this time it was almost 2:00am. Then that same morning the front desk staff rudely came to the door at check out time (12:00pm) and said I needed to leave right away. Even though I had told them I would be checking out at 1:00pm due to only checking in at 2:00am that same morning. So I paid full price for a room that I only had access to for 10 hours.

I had a horrible beginning of my afternoon only to be greeted by a very professional and helpful individual name Olia. She managed my real bad behavior like a champ, with grace and a smile. We got the room we needed thanks to her. Fun place in large thanks to the staff.
