The shower was almost inoperable it had a worn out fixture that was either hot or cold and about 20% water flow.

The staff was friendly, and went out of there way to accommodate our needs! Check in was quick, room clean and great for my handicap wife.

No complaints.

When we arrived, there were 3 sheriff cars in front. Apparently a domestic dispute or something. Not a great look when checking into a hotel. Our room had mildew in the shower. The bathroom door looked like someone put their fist through it. The room door looked like it was closed but if you pulled on the handle, it would open right up so we really had to slam the door to get it to latch. The microwave had no plate in it. The single serve coffee maker had no tray to put the coffee pouch in so I had to call the front desk to get one. When I told him about the mildew, he said "I'm not surprised since the maintenance person is in Alaska right now!!" The breakfast had some decent choices but the "hot" food was luke-warm since the chafing dishes had no element to keep food hot! When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell. Still no one so I called the hotel from my cell phone & the front desk person came running down the stairs. I told him I remember when Red Lion used to be a nice hotel and told him all the things I have mentioned. I also let him know about the ice machine on the 1st floor not working & he said "oh ya, that ice machine doesn't work!" Wait...you know about this & you don't fix it? Slum lord! At the very least, he could have offered me a partial refund, but he did not! That is not good customer service. And after reading this, you could make things right by refunding me now! Room 139 01/16/2026 to 01/17/2026. DO THE RIGHT THING AND I WILL DELETE THIS JUSTIFIED NEGATIVE RESPONSE! Oh and the icing on the cake was waking up with a bed bug bite on my thigh! We could have slept in our car & had a better experience!

Breakfast was ok

Hot tub was 92deg. And had brown leaves in it. I could smell no chlorine in it . We called to ask if they could come and fix the heat they said they would be out to fix it. No show. In our bathroom had a broken towel bar . The shower had mold. The TV scream size didn’t fit the screen. Couldn’t fix it .

I liked the convenience of the The Red Lion location, very easy to find, well lit property and parking next to your room.

The hallway where my room was located smelled of cigarette smoke but my room was find -

Always a pleasant stay. hotels. Staff is friendly .comfortable enough to go back 😉

Coffee weak and bread and cereal isn't fresh always got get the t.v working.

Excellent amenities and it was a very good experience
