Our room was amazing and the only reason it wasn't quiet was the 'daily buskers' but, they were mostly gone by midnight so not really a problem. The cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping our room fresh and clean. The breakfast room was beautiful! The selection at breakfast was good.

The only negative I have is that when we checked in there were 4 young men sitting and chatting - they didn't really acknowledge us. Only one finally went to check us in. I have worked and volunteered with the public over the years and know that a friendly smile and welcome is the way to put the Hotel or any other business in good standing.

Great location! Easily walkable to convenient transportation, food, shopping.

Hotel is very run down. Worn cabinetry, thin shabby towels. Shower overflowed several times, desk staff notified and not repaired. Last night of stay flooded to the extent that housekeeping had to come and mop up and I was unable to use shower prior to check out.
