Clean and comfortable room and the Alice and Co shampoo, conditioner and body wash was lovely! The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly.

"Great stay for our BAM baseball team"

We stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament in Cincy. Super friendly staff, always asking boys about their games. The staff even opened up breakfast for us early on Sunday because we had an early game. Location was great, near places to eat and a grocery store. In the midst of renovating the hotel, but we werenโ€™t bothered by it. The staff on the weekend of 6/21-6/23, was WONDERFUL AND SO APPRECIATED!!!!

Really nothing.

The slamming doors all night. The backed up sink. The non existent desk staff at checkout. For the $150 a night totally not worth staying here
