"Very Good"

We enjoyed having a bite to eat and drinks at masons

We stayed 2 nights. Only 2 pods of coffee and 2 coffee cups given. So we had to go to front desk and ask for some for day 2. Also cleaning people never came in the 2nd day to empty the trash. Most all of the staff were very nice but one guy at the check in, was not rude but definitely not welcoming. Almost like you were bothering him.

The staff was nice and pretty helpful, no problems there. Some of the staff kind of was off putting, but overall most staff was okay.

The Fifa team was there and it was way too overcrowded because of that. They catered to the team and not the regular guests staying at the hotel. I wish I would have known that there was going to be such a big event before I got there. Also, they told me they had AC issues when I got to the location. That should have been disclosed way before I came, because I hate being hot. It kind of ruined my birthday. Lastly, they had no wash rags in the bathroom in my room. Everything seemed rushed and out of place.

"It was okay…..waited hours for a shower chair for my handicapped husband, and then it was too unsafe"

The location

Had to pay extra to park there . the pool closed to early for my liking . Breakfast wasn’t included with the price not sure if they do offer it or not
