L’emplacement, le confort et globalement l’accueil notamment Francine.

Dans le cadre d’un changement de chambre, il m’avait été assuré que les valises et autres affaires seraient transférées à l’intérieur de la nouvelle chambre et à notre grande stupéfaction, tout a été laissé à l’extérieur de la chambre !!! Ce n’est pas correct et cela nous a particulièrement déçus ! Par ailleurs, notre chambre donnait sur une terrasse très agréable mais hélas non nettoyée et, en particulier, le mobilier de terrasse était sale. Quel dommage !

Bonne réactivité de l'équipe suite à une demande de changement de draps a cause dun accident pipi de ma fille de 3ans.

Le sol de la salle de bains n'était pas nickel. Quelques cheveux et de la poussière au sol.
