Good bed and water pressure

All the electric sockets were so loose my phone wouldn't charge until I jammed a stack of cups under the socket by the coffee maker across the room from the bed. The bathroom light also couldn't be turned on without triggering the extremely noisy fan. I had to stumble around in the dark so as not to wake up my family.

This is definitely the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We walked in and the whole place smelled freshly clean.

I looooove a good firm bed, so I slept like a baby! My friend on the other hand prefers a soft bed, so she didn’t sleep too well. Also will need to bring my own pillow for our next trip.

When I arrived, it was small but as advertised. I paid over $120 a night. However, our bathroom was completed destroyed, no toilet paper holder so it always fell down, our shampoo and conditioner were 100% empty the first night we arrived and our shower wouldn’t drain so we had to ask the front desk to help (they did fix it so that’s not too bad). It was horrible. No forks in breakfast for 2 days. I was also charged an accidental $354 for no reason and they weren’t even going to inform me until I called. one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to.
