I loved this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everyone was so kind and helpful. The team even sent a small treat to our room for my birthday! The hotel was a perfect, comfortable home base for our CDMX trip. Also, our room had a beautiful view of the park and was perfectly located to be able to access many parts of CDMX either by walking (Chapultepec, Polanco, Roma, Condesa) or a quick Uber (Coyoacán, Airport). Everything was super clean and comfortable.

A larger than normal room comfortable bed, walk in shower. Superb mini bar. Most staff are bi lingual, very helpful for me. Rapid room service but take care, ensure you are very specific.

For the price, coffee or tea in the room should be free and clearly marked on the mini bar menu. Ordering an item on room service and two were delivered, same in the Restaurant, if you want one make sure to say one, of course they charge next time I will make a fuss.

Localização perfeita, funcionários muito atenciosos. No terremoto que ocorreu dia 02/01/2026, foram muito tempestivos em nos tranquilizar e fornecer roupões, já que todo mundo desceu de pijama.

Serviço de quarto precisa melhorar, não faziam todas as reposições todos os dias. Apesar da vista maravilhosa para o Bosque de Chapultepec, as janelas estavam sujas e não pude curtir a vista como queria.

This was the first place we stayed at in Mexico. We arrived very tired after a long and difficult journey, and we were welcomed so warmly. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The work of the restaurant team is simply outstanding — I rarely encounter such a high level of service in my travels around the world. I would especially like to mention the cottage cheese buns served in that wonderful round heated container that opens in two halves — with the pastries inside, like a dragon’s treasure. These clever Mexican treats completely destroyed my diet, but resisting them was absolutely impossible! My deepest respect to the person who created them 🙂 The rooms were immaculately clean. Thank you very much — thanks to you, our stay in Mexico City was truly wonderful.

Realmente todo fue fabuloso

Staff. Location. Comfortable beds. Good pillows and linens. Good size shower with plenty of hot water.

The decor is not that beautiful. Rather boring and feels a bit outdated. Room needs lighting in the entryway as you enter the room. Needed more hooks to hang towels. The club level was disappointing - I have had better food options at airport lounges. But staff were lovely.

Die Lage, das Zimmer, die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals und das Essen im Zimmer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal hier übernachten.
